Better 311 is a full civic platform we designed and built: 9.9 million public records from San Francisco and Oakland, refreshed daily, searchable by address, with property reports and neighborhood comparisons. It's a live, deployed product with real users, real data pipelines, and a real API.
It matters for Liberté Press because it shows how we work beyond page design: structure, data, reliability, and shipping something that stays up.
